What payment methods do you accept?#
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I pay by invoice?#
No. We only accept credit cards.
Can I have multiple sites on my account?#
Yes, subject to the limits of your plan.
What is the refund policy?#
We do not offer refunds except in cases of billing errors on our end or where legally required.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?#
Yes. We prorate upgrades and downgrades based on your remaining subscription time. Any remaining balance is applied as a credit toward future payments. We do not offer refunds for unused time.
Do you offer any discounts?#
The only discount we offer is two months free when you switch to an annual plan. We do not provide additional discounts at this time.
What happens if I cancel my account?#
You won’t be charged again. Once your account is closed, all site data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What happens if you cannot charge my card?#
We will send reminders and attempt to charge your card three more times over a two-week period. If payment is not received, your subscription will be cancelled, and your site data will be permanently deleted. To avoid service interruptions, ensure your payment details are up to date.
